Position	Senior Consultant (DIKSHA Project)
Reporting To	Project Head/Lead, DIKSHA
No. of Vacancies	1
Education Qualification	B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 14+ years of experience Preferred: M.Tech/MBA/M.S or certifications like PMP, TOGAF, ITIL.
Experience Required	Minimum 10 years in IT Program Management Proven work on large-scale IT projects and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Cloud).

Responsibilities

Program Management

Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Develop governance frameworks and project dashboards.
Manage project budgets and timelines.
Enhance existing applications using modern technologies.

Technology Management

Provide technical expertise for successful project implementation.
Define application and infrastructure standards aligned with emerging tech.
Ensure security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Miscellaneous

Assist in preparing EoI/DPR/RFP and other documents.
Identify and implement change management strategies.
Submit progress reports periodically.
